Shah Sir’s is not a part of any government authority/organisation. We are a Private Firm and we do not have the authority to take any competitive exam. We can only assist and advise pupils who want to take such competitive exams. Please note that the final decision on all exam result rest with the relevant exam conductor bodies.

 

By purchasing a service from Shah Sir’s, you acknowledge that

  • Shah Sir’s is not responsible for low result for any exam.

  • Purchase of a service indicates the commitment by you, the client, to pay all fees associated with said coaching service. The fees are non refundable and non transferrable in any situation.

  • Practice duration is provided to you by Shah Sir’s is estimates based on your current level of knowledge for a particular competitive exam and your grasping power and these are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Clients should provide all information and necessary documentation such as photocopies of ID documents, completed registration forms, original documents when necessary, and any other documents which are requested, in a timely fashion.

  • Clients must inform Shah Sir’s for any updates with situation including changes in address or personal phone number.

  • The batch time once it is decided at the time of enrolment can’t be changed at any condition and no refund will be applied if the batch time doesn’t suit to the client.

  • Once the course duration is completed, the clients have to pay additional charge for every class which they attend.

  • Clients must be honest and forthright about information which they provide at the enrolment time.

  • Shah Sir’s reserves the right to provide online or offline coaching whichever is decided by the organisation and it can be changed at any time during the coaching period too and no argument/oppose will be considered from any client.

  • Shah Sir’s is operated and controlled in India with its office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The laws of the Government of India and the State Government of Gujarat will govern the validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement. The courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat alone shall have jurisdiction to try any dispute between the organization and any person arising out of any issue concerning the organisation.

 

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
